Rural homeowners live on larger properties with lots of natural space for using equipment, gardening and many other outdoor activities. The communities are smaller and people rely on each other more for support and assistance. There are many different reasons people live and work in rural communities including the slower pace of living. Trillium’s staff live and work in across these communities. They understand the unique needs of the community members and have created the Rural Lifestyle Package to address those needs.
A traditional homeowners policy works for a traditional home, if you live in a rural area you need coverages unique to your day to day life.
This product addresses the lifestyle of rural homeowners who also may have outbuildings, large equipment, livestock or produce exposures.
We have created a specifically designed packaged for rural Ontario homeowners living on:
- a property of up to 100 acres
- with a dwelling value of up to $2,500,000
- OR up to $8,000 annually in farm income
