Program Overview

Next GAP was developed to help ensure the strong future of both the agricultural and mutual insurance industries.  The program is tailored for new grads with an interest in these two fields.  Participants are empowered to take charge of their learning, with mentorship, feedback, and goal setting.

This 18 month rotational opportunity combines technical training with hands-on experience for new grads.  We provide a structured yet flexible approach, combining industry knowledge, mentorship, and real-world application.
