Please follow the guide below in order to report a claim to Trillium. You will always reach an individual trained to gather the basic loss details and have a Claims Representative contact you in a timely manner.

During regular business hours

Please contact your broker or agent first. They will be able to help you in submitting the claim to us and provide us with all of the relevant information needed to submit your claim.

After hours claims service

Please contact Sedgwick Canada Inc. at 1 (888) 719-2759 who are trained to handle all of your immediate claims concerns. If possible have your policy number ready so that an adjuster can quickly access your policy information.

Non-Urgent Claims
