CSIO Certification

The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) announced Wednesday that Trillium Mutual Insurance Company has earned CSIO certification for Personal Lines eDocs.

By fully adopting eDocs, insurers and brokers eliminate the need to send, receive, sort, scan, or destroy paper, saving time and money across the industry.

“We are excited to enhance our technology options for brokers,” said Tracy MacDonald, Vice President of Corporate Services at Trillium Mutual. “As more companies offer eDocs, brokers’ processes evolve. It’s essential for us to support and contribute to their efficiency.”
