Joe Dietrich, President and CEO, attending the NAMIC conference in Denver, Colorado spoke with AM Best TV about engaging employees through their individual learning plans and the challenges that mutual’s face when attracting new talent. Joe touched on the importance of employee development and said that Trillium conducts yearly interviews with employees to focus on employee career perceptions and plans.
